Grace, Mercy And Peace

Grace, mercy and peace.
When we become Christians, those three should fill our lives. John talked about that in II John 3. He wrote, “Grace, mercy, and peace, which come from God the Father and from Jesus Christ—the Son of the Father—will continue to be with us who live in truth and love.”
Is your life marked by grace? Are you a loving person? Forgiving? Are you easy to get along with?
What about mercy? Mercy and grace are similar. But mercy helps us forgive. Mercy helps us to put ourselves in someone else’s shoes. Mercy means to be forgiving. To be loving.
What about peace? Do you have peace this Christmas season? Are you at peace with God? If you are not a believer, you aren’t. But, if you are a Christian, you are at peace with God. Are you experiencing the peace of God. Are you confident you are doing what God wants you to do? Do you have peace with your fellow man?
John tells us, “that each of these attributes comes from God the Father and from Christ. So, if you don’t have them, you can The Holy Spirit wants you to experience these. You must first be a Christian and then, you must allow the Holy Spirit to fill your life.
Grace, mercy and peace. Speak them… think about them… they are very soothing.. grace, mercy and peace. Our lives should be marked by those.
