“Grace And Peace”

“Grace and peace.”
That was a very common phrase that Paul used when he was writing a letter or even closing a letter. Paul uses it again in the book of Titus. He says,
“May God the Father and Christ Jesus our Savior give you grace and peace.”
“Grace” means mercy… forgiveness…
“Peace” refers to peace in our lives. There are three ways we can experience peace;            There is peace with God that comes from knowing Christ as Savior. There is the peace of God that comes from doing what Christ wants us to do. And, there is peace with our fellow man.
So, today.. are you experiencing grace and peace? Are you living a life of grace? Is your heart filled with love or hatred? Are you sharing grace with others or, is your heart filled with judgment?
What about peace? Do you have peace in your heart? You can.. if you know Christ as your personal Savior and if you are following God’s will.
You may say, “Well, I wish I had peace.” You don’t have to “wish” for peace. You can have it. Make sure you have received Christ as your Savior and then, do God’s will in your life. And, if there is someone you are angry with or had some bad words with, go to that person and mend that relationship.
“Grace and peace…” our lives can be filled with grace and peace and what a loving and beautiful life that is to live with grace and peace.
“Grace, grace, God’s grace.
Grace that will pardon and cleanse within.
Grace, grace, God’s grace.
Grace that is greater than all our sin.”
