“Let Everything That Has Breath Praise The Lord”

Today is Sunday; for Christians it is a day of worship. Psalms 150:6 says, “Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord.” That is the last verse in the one-hundred-and-fiftieth Psalm. That Psalm is the last Psalm in the book of Psalms. So, after reading one-hundred-and-forty-nine Psalms, it’s as if the Psalmist had one last word for us and it was a reminder to praise the Lord.
I encourage you to attend the church of your choice today and praise the Lord.
God gives us one-hundred-and-sixty-eight hours in a week. Surely we can takea a few of those and worship.
But why should we worship? We worship because God made heaven and earth. We worship because Jesus died for our sins. We worship because Jesus rose from the grave. We worship because God provides for us. And i could name many other reasons.
Today, praise the Lord and give Him thanks for everything He has done for us. “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.”
