Jesus Loves Us And Believes In Us

Has anyone ever made you feel like you weren’t worthy? Maybe someone made you feel insignificant? This world can be cold and people can be cruel. But Jesus came to this earth to provide salvation for us. Jesus believed that eery person was worthy.
In Matthew 10, there is a story of a time when Jesus and His disciples went through the grain fields on the Sabbath. They were hungry so they began to pick the heads of grain and eat. But when the Pharisees saw this they told Jesus that since it was the Sabbath, no work was to be done. But Jesus reminded them that people were more important than law.
That story should tell us that Jesus loves us. Jesus always put the needs of people ahead of everything. Jesus healed on the Sabbath. Jesus told the woman caught in adultery to “go and sin no more.”
Jesus had a conversation with the woman at the well. This lady had been married several times but Jesus loved her and helped her to see that she could have eternal life.
Jesus forgave Peter, even though He denied knowing the Lord.
When the leper said, “If you are willing, you can make me clean,” Jesus said, “I am willing.” Jesus got involved in the leper’s life and healed him.
Jesus loves us. Our past doesn’t matter. Our mistakes don’t matter. What matters is trusting Christ. What matters is giving our lives to Christ.
Jesus loves you. Jesus died on the cross for your sins. Maybe you have been through some tough stuff in life. Maybe someone has made you feel about an inch high. Jesus wants to break into your life and remind you, regardless what has happened in the past, that He loves you. Jesus cares for you.
